Living the life you want, not for others.
Doing what you feel is important. Being around people you love and being truthful in everything you do

Madhyamaka.

That's the bhuddist idea of the middle path, yes?
Perparing to die
Eat lots of good food, run up mountains, have energetic sex with plenty of interesting people
Live as we were made to live - according to the principles and injunctions of our creator. We find true contentment in being true to our purpose.
Choose to be happy. Be grateful for every blessing you have. Alhamdulilah.
Focus on the important things in life:
- your health (physical and mental)
- your relationships (romantic, familial, work, friends)
- your personal development (learning/reading, skills development: confidence, social skills etc)
- your contributions to the world (through doing good work and giving back)
- your financial stability (live below your means)
- your hygiene, cleanliness and dress sense
- your hobbies and pursuits (travelling, music etc)

Finding a way to balance all of these will lead to a content life.

Find what you're passionate about and do as much of it as you can, and surround yourself with people who make you feel happy and loved :h:
Don't let yourself be unhappy to make someone else happy.
Don't care about what other people think about you. Once you have that mentality, youll truly be free and everything you do will be for yourself.

There or there abouts, yep! :-)
to live freely and without guilt or remorse. to do this, you should always live for you.
A good life is having inner peace, where a person can do what they want to do (not what others pressure them to do, consciously or subconsciously). They need to have a purpose, goal or ambition in life.

To get to this stage, a person needs to practice saying how they feel honestly and openly even if it does inconvenience other people a bit, or feel uncomfortable to the person. They need to choose their friends carefully - be around those who lift them up, not drag them down. They need to remember what’s important to them and keep going until they achieve what they want to achieve.

Definitely. ‘Don’t set yourself on fire to keep others warm’.
Eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, drink enough water, don’t waste time. These five things will bring happiness.
