5 Marks Law Question on Pre-Trial Procedures 😢😭😢

AQA ask questions on pre-trial procedures for summary, triable-either way, and indictable offences that are usually 5 marks. They make me sad as I simply fail in every attempt at writing a full marks answer. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

"Outline the procedure of a summary offence" (5 marks).

The mark scheme is not too useful as it literally bullet points a few words.
