I am currently undergoing some changes to my lifestyle. I have reduced my sugar intake by not having any sweet or unhealthy snacks between or after meals. I only have the odd thing on a Saturday.

I have also started eating more healthy things such as carrots and broccoli. I would love any recommendations on things I should try out and eat. (I mean mostly vegetables and not combinations.) Things that are quite easy to eat due to taste. (Things that are not too strong or bad tasting.)

Well what I eat most nights for tea/dinner vegetable wise is : spinach, curly kale, potatoes/sweet potatoes, carrot, cauliflower, sprouts and garden peas, to season I add some cracked black pepper and salt and small amount of butter. In my opinion none of them have a particular strong taste.
