Just wondering, but do they supply a periodic table or ionic charges table in the end of year GCSE chemistry exam?

They definitely give you a periodic table. I just looked and it seems like they don't give you the charges. It won't be that important because you can work out some of the charges from the periodic table anyway and I reckon a lot of then will be implied in the question. If you don't know then though then I'd look at the old spec insert (which included them) and memorize them as best you can
