    Hey guys

I have a band 6 hospital pharmacy interview soon and I am honestly so nervous to the point at which I am just avoiding to prepare for it.

I have no idea how to prepare for it.

Try and make sure that you can identify errors on the Drug chart e.g. doses, potential interactions (e.g. Serotonin syndrome with tramadol and citalopram as an example) and things like monitoring involved (for example, they might ask about how to monitor or identify whether the patient is showing signs of serotonin syndrome as an example). This is brief, from what I have been told about Band 6 interviews at my local hospital. It will differ depending on the trust etc... I hope it goes well and you get the role. Good luck!
