Hi why is the answer D?
I thought it would be 3x for first order
Then for second order 2^3 = 9
So 3+9 = 12

Thanks in advance

instead of doing 3+9 you have to do 3x9 as they are factors.
Imagine
a x b^2=c

multiplying b and a by 3

3a x (3b)^2 = a x c

3a x 9b^2 = a x c
27(a x b^2) = a x c

so a=27
