Hey guys,

I wanna buy a new wallet (guy) and was hoping for some advice. I did want something nice and stylish, preferably black, and wanted it to last a good few years and be my only one wallet, I don't want to have different wallets for different occasions

Past couple of years i've had a quicksilver one which cost around £40 but it looks all worn now and is pretty thick, I want something fairly thin this time.

It should have a coin pounch too

Any recommendations? Budget of £30, but can go slightly over.

Thanks

Ted Baker do a nice "chocolate brown" one which has a cool "worn" look to it..

May be a little over budget at £40 though

Wow. Designer wallets? I got my wallet free from Barclays. It's fraying after 3 years of constant use, but still does its job.

Ive got a tidy ben sherman one which was quite cheap. You don't have to pay 30 quid for a nice wallet. 10 pounds in burton, topman and river island. Obviously quality is different but wallets will always get worn. So being able to change 3 times as often may be better. Just a thought

Firebox have one that's entirely made of duct tape, and if it ever wears out they replace it for nothing.

Wallets have a fashion..? :/

I've had the same one for 8 or 9 years and it was some crappy sports one my mate gave me.

I don't understand wallets without the coin pouch, surely the coins just fall out half the time.

I think it's designed for those people so rich they just don't need to carry any coinage
