Know your required practicals by heart and you've a guaranteed 15% throw in maths skills and you've got 25%, my advice is when you get in there use a highlighter to make sure you've actually read the question and pay attention to the marks. My main issue is knowing what the question wants because I waffle. Be concise and I promise you will do fine 😊

You sound more prepared than most of the country anyway

grade boundaries are predicted the lowest for science so as long as you know your work then you can for sure get a 7

    Here you go!

Describe how xylem tissue and phloem tissue work to:
*supply water and mineral ions to all parts of a plant
*transport dissolved sugars around a plant
Include details of the structure and function of the tissues involved (6)

The happiness I will feel when the 6 marker is on drug testing.

On a serious note, prepare for about 2 or 3 6 mark questions in the paper, the paper is 100 marks as well, they could literally ask anything.

I hope osmosis comes up or else.....

Hi i had my first exam today and i thought it was going to be really hard, but trust me as soon as i opened the paper i literally smiled because it
    was so easy.
Since we're the first year to do this spec i think they will either give us easy question or they'll make the grade boundaries low.
So don't stress out you'll do absolutely fine, just remember not to stress that's the key thing!
By the way are you doing triple or combined science?
