anyone got a good way of remembering the enzyme food groups practical thing?
Protese is protein the PR
thats it
protease and protein (prote-) cause they sound similiar
lipase and lipids (lip-) similiar again
amylase maltase are just dicks, it starch --> maltose --> glucose, maltase breaks down maltose (malt-) but idk about amylase
