What should I do, I'm not doing well at A-Level

Hey TSR
I got 8A*s and 2 As at GCSE.
Now I'm 3 weeks away from my first A-Level exam (Y2) and I'm predicted AAB. What the **** should I do. I feel like I've failed, because I did so well at A-Level, and now I'm going to get bad A-Levels. If I retake to get the grades I want to get will employers care? I really wanted to go to Oxford or some place like this
Thanks TSR,

Why do you think you're going to fail?

I worked so hard for my GCSEs, and did quite well, but I've not pushed myself as hard this year, and now I'm not getting the grades I wanted to

And I know it's childish, and that they're OK A-Levels, but I know I won't be happy with them.
