What kind of budget are you looking at? Is there anything you want your accommodation to have (eg a gym, social spaces ect..) or are you not bothered? What uni are you studying at?

Hello, are you going to be studying at University of Southampton or Solent University? We're a 2 min walk across the park from Solent, and right by a bus stop for University of Southampton.

We have a social hub room, as well as many events throughout the year to keep the social scene going. Our studios are all en suite and you have your own kitchen, too, as well as a smart TV with Netflix. You can also benefit from our social hub, gym, events, secure bike storage and laundry room - all in the same building. You'll have unlimited hot drinks from our machine in the lobby, with grab-and-go breakfasts every morning on the way to Uni. Also, all bills are included to help make student life as easy as possible. If this is the sort of thing you're after, you can view our rooms in 360 at https://bit.ly/2u6wQFs or you can email me at [email protected]. Of course, you can reply here too and I'll get back to you!
    Hope to hear from you

    Hi,
I've just finished my 1st year at Soton, doing chemistry. I don't like going out loads but I enjoy socialising.

If you are self catering and would like an ensuite, then there will be 6/7 people in a flat, who will share a kitchen.

The closest halls sites to campus are Glen Eyre (10 mins walk), Wessex Lane (10 mins bus ride). These are also the most popular. I've lived in both but I recommend Glen Eyre for its close proximity and personally I think it's got a much friendlier/community feel.

If you have any other questions, I'm happy to try to answer them.
