B is definitely the most annoying result for me because I always get other grades I am happy with and then 1B. It happened at GCSE and AS level.

I'm happy with B's...C's are what annoy me! Especially when BOTH of your physics papers are only 2 UMS marks away from a B I wouldn't mind if I was slap bang in the middle of a C or even a low C but when you're so close to the next grade up...

I got two Bs this time and the rest are all As. What frustrates me the most is the the high Bs i got! I got 76/100 for Bio 3, (4 marks off an A) and 70/90 for physics 4,again, 2 marks off an A!!!!I don't feel like retaking in June but it wouldn't look good with a few Bs in between the modules. I've got As on average but..so yes, a B is the most annoying result! I'd rather get a low B so i have to motivation to resit it.

I got all As this time of the exam. But the previous 2 was horrible..A+B and even a C! Challenge yourself to A and I'm sure you will get what you desire!

Don't you think the whole exam system should change to use points/marks rather than grades?

I think you are ridiculous to think that a B grade is annoying beacuse it is not an A. You can't achieve an A in every subject, some subjects are harder than others and sometimes no matter how much revision you do, you may neverget an A grade. You should be pleased with a B grade, but clearly you are striving for perfection so this is not enough. Other poeple would be happy that they acheived a B grade, any by being annoyed that you got this result shows how rude you are being to these people.

    My outlook in year 12:

Couldn't give a toss, eitherway. Hopefully would pass my ASes. Would be delightewd with a B in Chemistry.

My outlook this year: History, Biology, French need an A in them all in all modules or else I shall never talk to myself again :p:

I would have been happy with a B in my French AS level, however overall, I got 0.3% off an A, which made me really annoyed.

Also a B is annoying if youre aiming for As because theres not really much point in re-sittiing but with a C you can.

    PE modules so Far:
    AS: A(90/90) A(80/90) U (20/120) after resit...B (90/120)
    A2: A (90/90)

Everyone thinks i am crazed to resit my B however i see an extra 30 marks there... and how annoying would it be to miss out on an A Grade by a couple of marks...My PE teacher keeps telling me it is highly unlikely that i will not get an A even if i don't bother resitting it. However the fact i got a U the first time round scares me as to think what could happen in the remaining papers, there's still 210 marks in those papers...yes i only *need* 130 but if i U both of those papers i am screwed!
