I always feel super tired and my sleep schedules are really messed up. Apparently 9.25 hours of sleep is optimal, but I don't have the time.

How many hours of sleep does everyone else have, and how many hours of sleep do I need?

7-8 hours . You should have the time... 8 hours sleep 8 hours revision/school then 8 hours for anything else.

8-9 hours. I got about that during GCSEs. I went to bed at the latest 10pm and woke up at 6:30 every morning, including weekends.

Sleep? You're a GCSE student - you don't need sleep. What you need is a little something called coffee.
