I'm writing here on behalf of some of my friends. They seemed to be very disappointed with UMS scores such as 72 and 63 when they were expecting to get comfortable As on Unit 2 Biology in January. Did anyone else find that they did worse than expected??? Anyone else thinking of getting a re-mark???

As it's a January exam, it's probably mnot worth getting a remark especially as its AS. As for a copy of the marks/paper if they're that desperate, but more than likely they just didn't do well. It's probably just better to revise harder for June.

Yeah, maybe they thought they did well and just don't want to accept the reality of doing crap.

I took unit 5 biology and expected to get a higher grade than i did, i got a C but i had been expecting at least a middle B. im not sure how close to the boundry i was yet as i dont know what the paper was out of in terms of UMS (could anybody help with this?)
so yeh basically im going to get a remark as i really felt the paper went better at the time and plus i hade been getting As and Bs in mocks.
I think your friends should not worry about it, they have plenty of time to make up the points in other exams but if they want should get a remark.
