    hi, has anyone who's had a interview at manchester for pharmacy or any other uni had to do a computerised skills tests before their interview.

    ive been invited for an interview to do phramcy at manchester.
    as am a mature student doing an access course to get back into studying, they want me to do a skills test. any idea on what i should expect? what level

    I think it will just test some basic computer skills - but don't quote me on that.

    The national curriculum requires college students to do an 'IT Key Skills' course, which is 1hr a week. It covers basic stuff like using Microsoft word and Excel, maybe PowerPoint (though i am not sure on this one as i did A-level computing).

    As long as you can type up stuff on Word - and change font size etc etc. And make a graph on Excel you should be fine.
