Hi everyone
We thought this may be a useful post to share.
Stress is something that affects us all at different times and in different ways.
So our senior counsellor Diane Duff here at Wrexham Glyndwr University has some tips to reduce stress and pointers for further support in our latest blog post:
https://www.glyndwr.ac.uk/en/blog/po...educingStress/
Also, our lecturer in mental health, Justine Mason, will be taking part in a live Q&A around mental health and wellbeing today at 1pm on our Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/glyndwruni/
Justine will be sharing tips on improving mental health, ways to cope with stress as well as talking about our BSc Mental Health and Wellbeing degree.
You can post questions ahead of the FB Live chat on Twitter @glyndwruni using the hashtag #AskaLecturer.
We look forward to you joining us at 1pm
