I'm choosing between Durham and University of Amsterdam currently.

    Durham: Philosophy and Politics
    University of Amsterdam: PPLE

If I decide to go with Durham I'll finish my degree in 3 years, but for University of Amsterdam I'll have to go through foundation year first.

I want to know which one you would choose and why?

It's hard to compare, QS rankings are highly weighted in research, and not much else. If you have the opportunity to go abroad, i would go with that, you will regret it otherwise i think.

Definitely Durham! It's got such an amazing reputation so I'd choose that option even if you could also do the course in 3 years in the Netherlands. Unis in the Netherlands are very easy to get in, and Durham definitely isn't, so I'd certainly go for that.
