Agree with the first two responses. I tend to find it very hard to believe unless I know explicitly. Maybe sometimes to do with pessimism.
When she says, "When are we gonna go out on a date?" looking with dreamy eyes into mine whilst having a subtle smile, hinted with a hue of smug embarassment

I prefer full page advertisements in a newspaper. Although other acceptable mthods are:
Carnivals,
Blimps, and
Writing it on your fist and punhcing me in the face.

yeah, she needs to say it up front.
If she makes an effort to talk to you and be interested.
Sometimes body language. If she plays with her hair around you, you can usually tell.

usualy a bloke is to worried to show his feelings for fear of rejection!

so as long as they knw that the girl likes him the rest shld follow!

i would say, its hard to tell wot the sterotypical way a blokw could show they like u, it differs from person to person and the person the like!

no definitive answer!

I tell her. Or if I'm unsure where I stand I'll just take a little more interest in her, make an effort to talk to her more. Then generally fall flat on my face when I realise that she clearly isn't interested.
