Anxiety

I was well equipped for my exam. I was fine until the morning of my exam but all over sudden I felt my chest tightening and I got a chest pain that was soo hard to ignore because of how painful it was. I didn't tell anyone because I was the only person in school so I sat trying to make myself relax but it followed me until halfway through the exam. My question is, is it normal for people to get chest pain? Do you get chest pains? Is it something serious that shouldn't be ignored?

I wouldn't say everyone experiences such pains, however, you won't be the only one having symptoms of anxiety or being stressed. If it was me, I'd definitely talk to someone, if not get checked out by a doctor, just so they can confirm there's nothing more serious going on. If they can pin it down to something specific, they might be able to stop them happening again

Hope everything goes well. If you need anything just give me a shout :h:

Hey babe I get this sometimes many people get them in extreme stress and is sometimes an anxiety/panic attack, unfortunately you just have to wait for it to go, try breathing exercises and drinking lots of ice water
