Help the GCSE english lit Jane Eyre exam is on tuesday and I am finding it really hard to find online resources on it. Mr bruff has a tiny series on it but other than that there isn't much. I'd like to find Jane Eyre essay analysis/ exemplar essays/ detailed videos on the themes. If you know of anything which might be useful please say. Thanks

tbh there's not much on Jane eyre as its not that popular - I'm currently struggling a lot to revise for it. But one thing I've found to be helpful is the introduction sector of the book. I just read through it and tried to spot anything that caught my eye. It has page references to certain important quotes so you can read the context behind it- Just by doing this I've found some really useful and judicious quotes I've never really seen or studied in class. For example I've found some quotes on Jane question gender stereotypes which I swear I've never seen- "It is thoughtless to condemn them, or laugh at them, If they seek to do more or learn more than custom has pronounced necessary for their sex."

My modern novel is worse as literally no school is doing it- It's never let me go. There are literally no revision materials on it- not even any cgp guides.

Another good English youtuber is Mr Sales english- I think he has some videos on Jane Eyre and some exemplar Grade 9 essays
