Enjambment could reflect on how continuing the friendship is and how it can't be broken, therefore suggesting the closeness between the people.

On the other hand, it could suggest the length of the close relationship and how it will continue for the rest of their life (multiple inference)

Heartbeat suggest love that the person holds and how it will forever live on in his heart whereas lullaby could suggest the theme of pure love and innocence that is held for the person

The reference to lullaby could also be a sample of security and innocence. As well as comfort.
