Part b is a question worth 20 marks too, on how a theme from that extract is portrayed elsewhere in the play and also make links between the text and context. There won't be a choice between two questions here.
Some useful context:
- role of women/how Lady Macbeth doesn't really fit this
- belief in the supernatural at that time
- typical features of a tragedy (fall of a hero, fatal flaw etc.)
Really any themes could come up, maybe something along the lines of supernatural/ambition etc.. just have a broad range of quotes that can fit lots of themes. The theme that comes up might not explicitly be a theme you have revised but it will likely be closely related to some themes you have revised, so you can use quotes from these for the purpose.

Hi there
I've moved your thread to the English exams and study help forum where hopefully you'll get more answers
In future, it's best to select the subject from the list here and create a thread in there instead
If you want to see where threads belong, check out this thread

Part a is an extract of 20 marks, you'll need to do close language analysis on this which means language, structure and form.

Do you need context for both part A and B
