Alright so Cambridge university have pets. Where do I sign? I'm in King's college by the way.

I think he is saying he is from the obscure London school also called King's college.

If he is from King's College Cambridge, I would think he is referring to the pets as the property of the University, and I quote "Cambridge university have pets". Technically, his statement is therefore in line with both Marxist theory and the spirit of King's (even though these two are practically synonomous.) As long as the property is shared by everyone (in this instance the university), then the property is technically not theft (nor proper "property"). Once an individual lays claim to this hypothetical pet however, it is very much theft in the eyes of King's college...
