How did you find the exam? I thought the questions were a little mean; not proper themes if you understand what I mean.

What was the question for these texts? I haven’t seen the paper yet

A Christmas Carol was 'How are Scrooge's fears presented'
Not the exact wording but you understand the gist

The Romeo question isn’t too bad? I guess you could have written about Capulet’s control over Juliet and the blazing argument they have about marrying Paris?
Also The Montagues being distant and disconnected from Romeo as they have to ask Benvolio to find out why Romeo is so upset? Not an obviously easy question though, requires a lot of thinking.
The Christmas Carol one sounds tough. Did that have an extract with it? What was the extract about?

Thanks for letting me know the question - lots of things to write about the description there of the faceless, gliding ghost, darkness and the fear of death I guess? But tricky to write about Scrooge’s fears... that’s a tough question to plan for the rest of the novel. What else did you include?

Thinking about it now, the Romeo and Juliet question was kinda nice, I just have post-exam stress.

I hope the examiner will appreciate me trying to explain through mumbling in my answers.
