Can you resit English?

I'm aiming for a 9 in english lit but judging by the paper today I'm not sure that will happen. Can you resit the paper in November out of choice?

Yes but you will have to pay the exam fee. Not sure theres much difference between a 7 an a 9.

thanks, does it show on forms later on if you've retaken the exam?

You are required to put down all attempts, so yes it will. See what you get but if you get a 7 then I doubt they will care. A levels are way more significant.
