I have exam anxiety.
Do to it getting closer to Alevels I'm beginning to stress and I've always worried a lot.
I always end up ranting when I'm beginning to stress and that to one particular teacher via email and I don't think it's fair- she's a very supportive teacher and is aware that I worry and stress, but I feel guilty showing her that I'm stressed! And if I send an email when I'm stressed and later realise that I shouldn't have, to put myself at ease should I just send an apology email?
Also any advice on alternative ways to handle stress?
