£25k a good salary?

Is £25k (rising to £27k after 6 months) a good salary in Marketing? (in Birmingham) I'm a 24 year old graduate with 3 years' experience in the industry.
A graduate WITH experience... I certainly think you could find a better salary elsewhere.

Realistically should be pushing £30k with that level experience but it's decent enough.
