Hey there guys, I’d really appreciate if you take the time to give me an advice. Thank you!
At IGCSE I took Business,Extended Maths,German,French,Combined Science and ICT
I was wondering what to take at AS and A level.
I want do to Business/Marketing/HR/PR/international relations/Management or perhaps Economics.
I’am not that good at maths, aldough my predicted grades are all A’s. I’ve had a tutor in maths and plan to have him for As and A level maths as well, can I get an A in maths at A level, if its a bit tricky at IGCSE?
Anyways here are my subject dilemas:
Mathematics
Business Studies
Economics
German
+
( Perhaps one of these)
ICT
SOCIOLOGY
FRENCH
I am taking German and French outside of school and am currently finishing B2 for german and B1 for french(at the end of a levels german will be c2 and french c1) should I take a language in school? They say that if I want to go to England, I need two facilitating subject (maths and german/french in my case). Is it really like this?

Thank you so much again for your time and help!

You are doing 4 or 5? You need 3 good ones.

You need to check entrance requirements once you have settled on the degree you want to do.

Maths isnt always essential for Economics courses. It is for some unis hence check.

I would think English or History might be quite handy.

Try reading and looking at these links and then come back to ask your questions again.

Manchester has quite informative explanations of what they look for, which should guide you, but all the unis have their own requirements.

I’am doing 4 subjects + mandatory IELTS English
Thank you for taking the time to give me an advice, really appreciate it
I looked at the links and found that most of it is similar to what I wanted in the first place. However do you think Sociology or IT would useful, instead of English or History. Because History would be hard since I havent done it at IGCSE.
