Money Issues

I'm 16, and naturally as a 16 year old, I've extensively tried to get a job to no avail. Whilst this may seem fine considering summer vacancies are opening now, I can't print off any cover letters or CVs because my printer is broke, and I'm out of school too soon to print some there. This is stressing me out because it's gotten to a point where I had to get my sister to force my mum to get me school supplies at the very last second for my exams, and I fear that I won't be able to afford things for 6th Form as any bursary amount will likely have to pay for compulsory coursework trips and what-not. I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any tips or ideas as to what I could do in this situation to be able to afford the basics and, when possible, things I want. Thanks a lot in advance.

Also, sorry for posting in the wrong section, I'd appreciate it if this thread can be moved to the correct section as soon as possible.
