    t=Time in seconds (s) 1h 20 min = (1* 60* 60 ) + (20 * 60) =3600 + 1200=4800 s‎
    V =Speed in meter per second (m/s)=87 * 1000/3600 = 24.17 m/s

    just remember, distance / speed x time (set this out in a triangle) for these types of problems

    but what is the condition?
    The statement is true if and only if (2b+2l-lb) is negative ‎
    (lb )bigger than 2(b+l)
