My retainer broke a few days ago. My orthodontist can’t get me a new one for 3 weeks, and my teeth feel like they’re already moving. Once I get my new retainer, will my teeth move to fit into the retainer again?

Try and wear your current one as best as you can-how long have your braces been out for?

Ah right, they probably will move quite a bit. I didn't wear mine for 3 weeks straight(forgot to take them on holiday) and putting them in 3 weeks down the line was painful, and that was 2 years after they were taken out(or so).
Is there no way you can get an earlier appointment?
    How did they break?

My dog chewed it up. Did your teeth eventually shift to fit back into your retainer?

It would be a tight fit, but they will move back. If not, get in touch with the dentist again.
