Watch youtube video of the subject matter = Watch them once and the second time make notes. This works well with Science, Maths and English.

Make a plan = Here is my plan I did for the week break (the picture)

Doesn't you school provide resources? If not search some on Tes

Well, I have just completed my; French, Art, English Literature, Paper 1s for; Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. My best/ most confident in exam I have done was Physics. Not to be co-cky, just I knew how to answer nearly all questions and I was pleased with myself - I'd rate it 9.5/10. 2nd was English literature, and I found it pretty easy. An 8.5/10. The rest I was like 5/10 sure I did okay.

You are doing great for a year 10. I did nothing like that for a year 10.

English Literature
  1. I am guessing you are doing Power and Conflict poems;
  2. I would learn the poems of by heart (But mainly, the main bits).
  3. Also find poems that match / link with each other. Such as Ozymandias and My Last Duchess link by power, but also with London and Tissue.
  4. Have key quotes. Memorise and analysis them by heart. These are the key quotes I used: http://thebicesterschool.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Power-and-Conflict-Key-Quotations.pdf. But remember to remember other quote for back-ups.
  5. I would learn 5 quotes, as the link suggests.
  6. Watch youtube videos; e.g. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQE65hp6MwUpYVZu7 iIsOKjS-rjpNfKD9 and https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQE65hp6MwUqDr7Jo GfyKxK5ZeW7IRUFD. Annotate with her, she's great.

I don't know what you do for books you do, so tell me later.

English Language
  1. I would read a little bit for more of an understanding of how authors engage the reader. Because that is what English Language is literally all about; How does the writer engages the reader to read on?
  2. I have got lots of resources for English Language (it's what I want to doe for A-Level, so...?) If you want my resources I can email them to you, I don't mind
  3. Again youtube helps a bunchy: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQE65hp6MwUrRDNvt FGgy1b5VGsaCouEb , https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQE65hp6MwUqLtdQ9 b2F9-tChIy1bqyAj , https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQE65hp6MwUp5mWyI 94yUPkeIK-x3eydM.
