y = 1E+07x + 2E+06 - What does it mean?

I just made a graph in excel and had the equation of the regression line in there but don't know what it means.

What do the 'E' stand for? Or how would it be normally?

You'd give x values from 0 to whatever and use a formula to point to the cells with the x values...
