For Q12 the answer is D, but I thought that cardiovascular exercise counts as one of the interventions as it would control your blood glucose conc. Can someone explain please?

Maintaining good cardiovascular health is very important in diabetics but in and of itself it doesn't correct hyperglycaemia - that's what insulin does.

I think regular cardiovascular exercise doesn't mean doing exercise when your blood glucose levels are too high, it just means doing exercise on a regular basis, and so as 'Democracy' said, it wouldn't correct hyperglycaemia (high blood glucose).Hence why D is the answer
