K and increase temperature

Why does temperature only change the equilibrium constant K?
Why is the ratio of the expression of Kp greater than Kp when the forward reaction is exothermic and the temperature is increased
Equilibrium shift is caused by changes in concentration and pressure. Is it also caused by temperature too?
If so, why is K only associated with temperature??
