Force constant graph.

Force = spring constant x extension

I put Force against extension, but the markscheme says to only allow force against length. Why is it force against length rather than force against extension?
force extension graph must pass through 0. 0 force means 0 extension.

the force-length graph doesn't have to pass through the origin, if 0 force is added, the length can't be zero.
