Hello folks,

I am returning to education and am struggling to make the final choice for the course I shall undertake.
My short-listed options are:
Queen's University Belfast - Business Management BSc
University of Portsmouth - Law with Business LLB.

My career intentions following completion of the course are currently focused on HR or worker advocacy roles. I have built up great work experience and completed other courses / certifications during my time out of formal education.

I currently live in Portsmouth, as does my girlfriend who is a Belfast-native, so choosing Queen's would also require us both moving and finding new employment.

I would really appreciate any input from those who have completed either of the course subjects, or can shed light through another perspective. Thanks!

What is a worker advocacy role?
If you want to do HR then why not do a HR degree?

Business is quite general.

Try and work out what you want to do.

It is important you think it through as you only get one undergraduate degree.
