Within how many days do i need to collect an order

Guys i made an order to superdrug, where i would collect a product, its already been 2 days since i was able to collect the order, how long do they keep it? and what happens if i dont collect it after several days.

Girls only please
It mentions on their website you have 21 days to collect the order. If not, your parcel will be returned, and you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Superdrugs don't only sell female products btw, so t is something a guy could answer too, so not sure why you said girls only please But @cheesecakelove mentioned it's 21 days already.
