A bunch of things really! I was getting really happy about the start of a relationship with a guy, and now he's all of a sudden decided he's not into it after all. And then I saw all these adverts and stuff for Father's Day today and it made me think of how my dad killed himself last year 😔 But anyway I don't want to hijack the sleepless thread with my problems
