I don't think there's a hard and fast general rule, as it really depends on the circumstances of the break up.

It all depends on the situation, if could be a guy or a girl, I don't think a certain percentage is higher or lower of who takes it better or worse. It all depends.

what???

no sex takes it any particular way, its the person's self esteem and emotions and mental reasoning that it comes down to, not genitals.
I know guys who are depressed, crying at the pub, and ready to knife the next guy who "took his bird"

i know girls who "rebound" drunk at the club with a stranger and fall pregnant to him

i know blokes who move on over time and live their life. I know girls who do it too.
