E.g if one of your values is wrong but your method is right will you still get some method marks?

Method marks are always available. The title of your thread asked about error carried forward, which is a slightly different thing. In most cases, if you make an error in part (a), but then apply that value correctly in part (b), you will get all the marks for part (b), since they don't want to penalise the same error twice. However, there are some questions that are marked as CAO (correct answer only) or CSO (correct solution only), and in these cases, error carried forward is not available.
