Pl application approvak

Hi,

I have submitted my PL application recently. I have sent my ID card by post 10 days ago.
How do I know that it is received by you and it is approved? How much time does it take to have it submitted?

Will I be informed when it is sent back?

Hi there,

We should be emailing you to let you know we have your passport and are now returning it. Your online application will also update to confirm receipt of your ID card.

You can always message us on Facebook/Twitter or give us a call to double check as well!

Hi,

Thanks for the answer. Is it normal that for two weeks now the ID card does not seem to be received by you?
In your blogs there are ususally less time notes to have the ID approved by SF.
What is the maximum time I shall wait before calling the office?
