Epq title help???!!!

Right basically i have to give in a letter regarding my choice of EQP and i dont know if my titles are okay. Can anyone tell me if they are **** or not?

Why are there less contraceptives available for men?
Is there a need for more contraceptives for men?

I am open to suggestions

You could ask about the actual provision of contraception, such as something like "Should there be more free contraception available to men?" as it implies that you can argue both sides
