Hi, I think that there will be a big question on social moral and ethical issues

I genuinely hate WJEC as an exam board. I've been looking through their mark schemes and they literally change what they want the candidate to say as their answer year on year (look at the definition for code of conduct for example), and when they are so stubborn to their mark scheme we literally have no chance as students! It didn't fill me with confidence when I looked at WJEC's results statistics to find that ICT is their lowest performing subject, less than 5% of people got an A in last years exam - the average percentage across all exam boards for students getting an A is 20%, and the mean mark for almost all questions was less than half, there was even one question where out of 6 the mean mark was 0.2! They genuinely infuriate me and I am seriously considering calling JCQ (the exam board regulator) to say that WJEC are participating in unfair practise.

This this this this this! I have 2 exams under WJEC (computer science and IT). Both of which I have NO idea how to answer, because a correct answer on one paper, is an incorrect one on the next.Take backus naur form in computing. The format that they expect is never the same, and has left most of my class baffled to say the least. The only possible thing I can suggest with WJEC is write down everything you know, for every question. No matter how right or wrong. You never know what mood they were in when creating the marking scheme.

New course doesn't look to different either, absolute joke of a subject

They keep moving the goalposts, the teachers absolute despise the guys at WJEC

Also, its a Welsh exam board that is sat in Welsh by hundreds and apparently none of the markers actually speak Welsh 😂😂😂
