I'll do pros and cons of kidney transplant:

Pros:
+ One time thing (Also means that it has a large upfront cost but the costs after that are low)
+ You can survive and live a normal healthy life
+ More freedom than dialysis as you don't have to control diet as much and can travel places without worrying about where to do dialysis.

Cons:
- Major surgery is risky, can have complications (eg. infection)
- Patient must take immunosuppressive drugs which can have side effects and also can make the patient more susceptible to infections and disease.

I can't think of anything, if anyone can add to the list let me know and I'll edit it.

Pros and cons of dialysis:

Pros:
+ Patient can live a fairly normal life, can work etc.
+ Can give the patient valuable time untill he can recieve a kidney transplant
+ No need for surgery, quite a simple treatement

Cons:
- Takes up a lot of time (Usually around 4-8 hours, 3 times a week)
- Continual costs as it will keep costing until you don't need it
- Less freedom to travel / activities as patients must always be close to a dialysis center.
- Diet has to be strictly controlled
