I dont know how much you already know, but even though I haven't done a whole lot of revision I find that I will do better if I go to sleep now / soon that from the extra couple hours of revision.

i'm going to sleep now, i'm waking up at 4 am. i find this works best for me as i can get some sleep and also have sufficient time (4-5 hours) to revise everything at the last minute with the assistance of caffeine. also i'm a morning person so i'm more motivated early in the day

If you really want to stay up I'd recommend at least trying to get a few hours sleep now and then work all night. If you go into that exam with 0 sleep you'll crash and burn.

I’m going for an early morning revision approach It’s not even an external exam for me, it’s just a pretty important internal exam that my ~lovely~ friend decided not to pass on the message about until half an hour ago...

It could work if you make sure to crash exactly 10 mins after the exam is over (to give some buffer space), though as I mentioned earlier in the thread, I find that its better to simply get a good nights sleep and use my common sense.
