Where to study International relations in the UK

I am currently studying A-levels and will probably come out with AAA-ABB and i have no idea where's the best universities to study for these grades. I wish to go to a top ranked and well respected Uni for IR but the rankings are all inconcistent. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated

i did but they all seem to be for slightly different subjects.
Aside from Oxbridge, which I wouldn't rate too highly for cutting-edge IR research relative to their overall reputations (do they even offer UG degrees in IR? I don't know), look into the following (in no particular order): KCL, LSE, Sheffield, York, Warwick, Sussex, St Andrews. Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester could also be good bets.

That's a long list. You're ultimately going to have to do a lot of your own research about the departments to find out what they offer and what they specialize in to pick the one that's best for you.

Not sure about Oxford, but the HSPS course at Cambridge allows you to specialise in Politics & International Relations, and there are some IR topics in their History & Politics course too.
