problems with my boobie

On and off for the last few days i've been having this really bad pain on the underneath of my left breast and on my rib. I have no idea what to compare it to, but it feels better if i push in quite hard with my knuckles (might just be pain replacement). it also feels quite cold from time to time.

I'm thinking it might be a cyst or something but I don't really know what that feels like or what to look for. so really that's just a random guess.

obviously i'll go to my doctor but I don't go home for another month and I don't want to swap doctors to up here because I won't be able to go back to my regular doctor when I go home. (he's no longer accepting new or returning patients from my town)

so I was wondering if anyone might have an idea of what it is and whether it would be really urgent for me to go to the doctor. like if whatever it is could explode.

I know i've given very little information but I don't know what else is relevant and I don't really know how i'd look for this on t'internet.
thought maybe someone might just happen to have had something similar or have a scarily large knowledge of various breast pains.

Wouldn't worry, but do treat it with urgency. Go home for it or switch doctors - You MAY need a doctor when you get home, you DO need a doctor now.

Don't mess about with things like this. When your health is potentially at stake, it is best to get it checked out.

You don't need to switch doctors, any doctor will see you as a 'temporary resident'.

Just fill out a temporary residence form at the reception and you should be ok - you can get it for a week/month and, even if you return home in that time I'm pretty sure you can still see your normal doctor.
