This question is aimed at anyone taking French/spanish/German etc. at a level and anything they wished they'd done to prepare.

I just studied some vocabulary over the summer holidays - I tried 1000 most common German words (don't worry I didn't finish it 😂) and a designated German a level memrise course.

looking back now, I wouldn't have done much differently and I think vocab really helped, but maybe I would have focused especially on words specific to the topics in the textbook.

just try to keep up with it and don't let yourself forget all the grammar
