Yeah applied to all 3. Got an interview about 8 hours after Id sent my application from RGU they were quick ! Not heard from Napier though know a few people been rejected though! That’s good that they’re using ur statement to! Hope I hear back from Napier soon as they’re my second choice x
8 hours...they are obviously on the ball! I havent applied to them as have a 5 year old and a 5 month old so cant relocate. Napier must at least be working through the applications if they have rejected some already and been in touch to check my qualifications so hopefully hear soon from them one way or another!

Yeah UWS is my first option as I’m still in school so don’t want to move when I’m straight out of school. Fingers crossed that you here back quickly and it’s all good x

Great stuff when is you interview at UWS? I am still at school so this is my first time applying but i will hopefully be ok on the day! I went to their open day in October and it was fab. I am sure the hundreds of people being interviewed feel the same though. I dont have a clue as to how many people receive interviews and then go on to receive a place, however I feel really lucky to be given this chance!

waaahhhhh!!! I've just decided that I am going to go for it this year instead of holding off until next year like I originally thought so I'm having to wait for my reference to complete their part before it's fully complete it and she isn't back at work until the 7th :0 fingers crossed there's still some room for another small one in the numbers for interview How is everyone prepping for their interviews? Really excited for all of you xx

Congratulations to all who have already been offered an interview!I am in the midst of applying for the September 2019 intake also but am slightly worried about not having any healthcare experience. For those of you who have, how did you go about getting some experience or becoming involved in volunteering? Also, how did you decide on whether to apply for the BSc or the MSc course?

Hi there. I have an interview and don’t have much experience either. I have trained as a breastfeeding peer suppprter with the NCT but that is it. I followed them on Facebook and they put up a post about new peer training so I applied and was successful. I applied for MSc after speaking with the lecturers at the open day about my previous degree. Best of luck 😊 x

Thanks for your reply! Can i ask about your previous degree? I also have a previous BSc degree in engineering however i didn't do honours with it so i had anticipated that because of this i would apply to do midwifery as a second undergrad dregree and therefore do the BSc. Should i be applying for the MSc instead?

Terri1990 I have my degree and was applying for the masters but when reading online I started doubting myself because it was talking so much about management lol fingers crossed mine will be in next week (done correctly 🤣) and can see what happens for me 🤞 xx

I thought this myself! i think i will stick with applying to the BSc though and hope that i'm eligible for it as a second undergrad degree as reading through all the things required for applying for the MSc, i don't think i'll have them in time. I got my first degree 10 years ago so i don't even know where i'd start with the academic reference etc from uni it says you need to apply!!

I done my degree 9 years ago and didn’t need to submit an academic reference. I think that’s only if you left uni within the last 5 years x
